World Anthropology Day!

Join us for a day-long celebration of Anthropology in the Carroll Building Atrium.

Events include:

  • Faculty members who share information about the range of topics that anthropologists interact with, as well as their own research. 
  • Students will lead games and crafts, and sell homemade baked goods.
  • See an archaeologist demonstrate primitive technology in front of the Carroll Building.
  • Learn how to write your own name in the phonetic alphabet or Cherokee language!
  • Handle skull casts and learn about human ancestors
  • Enter a drawing for FREE SWAG!
