The University System of Georgia invites all faculty and staff to a virtual town hall announcing the launch of the Unified ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program. This initiative will replace our current Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial systems with a modern integrated platform powered by Workday.
Join us on Thursday, April 16, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. ET to learn how this systemwide transformation will modernize and connect administrative processes across all 25 USG institutions.
During this session, we’ll cover:
- The vision and purpose of the Unified ERP Program
- Why USG is undertaking this modernization effort
- What the implementation journey will look like
- How the new system will improve everyday tasks – whether you manage leave requests, enter timesheets or expenses, or rely on manager self-service
- The long-term benefits of more consistent, streamlined, and data-driven tools across USG
