This workshop aims to help students develop a better understanding of perfectionism and how it relates to themselves. This workshop will explore physical, emotional, and social types of wellbeing, and address experiences of procrastination, stress, worry, and sadness. During this workshop, we will focus on identifying benefits and drawbacks that can come with perfectionism. Additionally, we will share ways to cope with perfectionistic tendencies.
