Getting good sleep is incredibly important for our overall health and well-being. Sleep Clinic focuses on learning ways to improve sleep and utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. We’ll cover tips for improving sleep routines, increasing relaxation, and changing thoughts about sleep. This workshop is free and open to all Georgia Southern students, faculty, and staff.
All sessions will be held in-person at the Statesboro Counseling Center’s Wellness Room. Can’t make it in person? No problem! All sessions will have a hybrid component so you can watch from the comfort of another location.
