R.A.D Women's Self-Defense Class
The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for cisgender women, transgender women, gender non-conforming and non-binary folks. As the National Standard in Self Defense Education™ the R.A.D. System is a comprehensive course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing to the basics of hands-on defense training.
