Session Description: Gen Z, Boomers, Millennials, Gen X, the Silent Generation...people are staying in the workforce longer and as a member of our Georgia Southern community, you will be managing and interacting with employees from all generational backgrounds. This training will help you develop strategies to effectively manage individuals from different generations.
