Do you find yourself overly critical? Do you worry about getting perfect scores on your finals? Join us for this two-part workshop series "Perfectionism and Finals" which aims to help students develop a better understanding of perfectionism and how it relates to their lives. This workshop will explore types of perfectionism, how it impacts students, and explore symptoms of procrastination, stress, burnout and sadness.

In Part 1 of this workshop we will cover what perfectionism is and how it impacts college student mental health. In Part 2 we will learn tips and skills to manage perfectionistic tendencies, particularly related to final exams. This is free and open to all students!
