• Any student looking to participate in the Homecoming royalty competition must complete a participation form. Royalty candidates must:
  • Be currently enrolled at Georgia Southern University.
  • Be in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct and GS University.
  • Have at least a 2.5 GPA.
  • Note: Students may choose to run independent of a student organization.
  • Attend ONE of the listed Captain’s/Royalty meetings.
• Any registered student organization (or organization teams) wishing to participate in Homecoming competitions must complete a participation form. Registered student organizations must:
  • Be in good standing with the Office of Student Activities. Check your organization’s status here.
  • Designate a Captain to represent the organization. Captains may be multiple royalty candidates, one (1) royalty candidate and one (1) other officer from the organization or two (2) officers from the organization. If you have more that one royalty candidate, the individual(s) will serve as one or both of the captains for your organization.
  • Attend ONE of the listed Captain’s/Royalty meetings. Campus departments and Statesboro community members do not have to attend.

• (option 1: August 22) Captain’s/Royalty meeting 6:00-7:00pm, Russell Union RM 2047
• (option 2: August 23) Captain’s/Royalty meeting 6:00-7:00pm, Russell Union RM 2047
• (option 3: August 28) Captain’s/Royalty meeting 6:00-7:00pm, Russell Union RM 2047
• (option 4: August 31) Captain’s/Royalty meeting 6:00-7:00pm, Russell Union RM 2047
