College can be a time for difficult parent relationships given numerous factors- transition into adulthood, distance, expectations, communication, finances, and more. Attend this workshop to learn important skills for navigating difficult relationships with your parents or guardians, engage in activities to cement those skills, and gain peer support. This workshop is free and open to all Georgia Southern Students. This workshop is located at the Counseling Center on Wednesdays from 1-2pm. Attendance for the entire workshop is encouraged but not required.
