Georgia Southern

Come learn about mindfulness, breathing exercises, and gentle yoga postures to help reduce stress and increase mental wellness. No previous yoga experience is needed for this interactive group; you need only an openness to self-awareness and new experiences. This free workshop is open to all Georgia Southern students! No registration required. Materials such as yoga mats and blankets will be provided. This workshop is in-person on the Statesboro campus at the Counseling Center. Come to the Counseling Center at 4 PM and check in at the front desk.
