Len Davis is a Los Angeles-based artist, whose work ranges across (and combines) such disciplines as drawing, collage, painting, and assemblage. Working from influences that range from classical art to comic books to movie posters, Davis explores the everyday–and not just in a general sense, but in particular how life can sometimes hit you with everything all at once. The result, as shown in A Thousand Words, is an exhibition of over 80 mixed media works that ring the gallery with intensive explorations and manifestations of identity, emotion, and expression.
