A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a tool that organizes important information and interactions in one place, helping us better connect with and support students. In this session, you’ll see a live demonstration of the Advisor/Coach portal currently being built in Slate, as well as a preview of what a student-facing portal will look like. While Georgia Southern’s student portal is still in development, this sneak peek will give you a sense of what’s coming. Your feedback is vital as we refine these tools to improve how we communicate with and guide students.
