A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system gives us the ability to track, organize, and act on student information in ways that support their success and our institutional goals. In this session, you’ll experience a live demo of the Advisor/Coach portal, which will ultimately serve as a model for dedicated staff portals across campus. While not yet complete, this is your chance to see the progress, imagine the possibilities, and provide feedback that will directly influence how staff portals function for your work in the future.
