This interactive session is open to all employees from any area at Georgia Southern.
This training is designed to equip hiring managers and search committee members with a comprehensive overview of the hiring process from start to finish and covers these areas:
- Editing and updating Job Descriptions
- Requesting to advertise a position
- Roles and responsibilities of the Hiring Manager and Search Committee
- Ensuring compliance with EEO policy during screening and interviews
- Creating and submitting a Job Offer
- Navigating the pre-employment process
- Final steps in hiring a candidate into the position
