The High School Congressional is a juried art exhibition that highlights artistic achievements of high school students in Georgia's First Congressional District.

The nationwide contest is held every year and winners are eligible to receive a cash award as well as the prestigious U.S. District Congressional Award. In addition, the winning entries from each district will be displayed in Washington, D.C.
