This is a workshop in which to practice gratitude deliberately with the intention of building it as a skill. It is not aimed at ignoring or diminishing life’s hardships, rather at being mindfully appreciative of the other things in life that we may typically overlook. This as a space that can be used for people who are either struggling to find the good in life or for people who do not have a space in which they can express their gratitude, joy, or happiness freely.
