The Employee Wellness Program is excited to introduce our new weekly employee yoga class open to all faculty and staff! Starting Tuesday, July 16, at 10 a.m., join us in the Human Resources Training Room on the Statesboro Campus for a rejuvenating yoga session designed to enhance your wellbeing.

When: Every Tuesday at 10 a.m. 

Where: Human Resources Training Room 

What to Bring: Feel free to bring your own mat and/or water bottle 

Who: This class is perfect for beginners and is designed to be a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees. 

*Participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to joining the yoga sessions.*
