Georgia Southern

This workshop is designed to teach you the basics about mindfulness, social anxiety, emotion regulation, stress, shame, depression, and test anxiety. We cover a variety of topics to help give you understanding on the topic as well as concrete strategies for tackling the situation. This free workshop is open to all Georgia Southern students! No registration required. This workshop is in-person on the Statesboro campus at the Counseling Center. Come to the Counseling Center at 3 PM and check in at the front desk. Can't make it in person?
