Join us for a workshop on skills and strategies to help manage stress, regulate emotions, and boost resilience! These tools can be used to calm both your brain and your body. A different skill will be discussed, demonstrated, and practiced each week. This in-person workshop is on Fridays at 11AM at the Armstrong Counseling Center.
