  gender and class as overlapping and interdependent systems of discriminati
 on or disadvantage that is as evident on the college campus as it is in the
  business world.  Participants will gain an understanding that 'one size' d
 oesn't fit all and that specific needs of students at that intersection are
  varied and need to be taken into consideration for student success.\n\nThi
