A 24-hour course for professionals wishing to advance their training with the internationally accepted standard in Project Management from The Project Management Institute.
This course will provide a documented step by step guideline for managing projects from beginning to successful conclusion. Students will be exposed to a wide variety of strategic and real world scenarios that companies use in business today. This 24-hour course, plus our 12-hour Beginning Project Management course, will complete the 35-hour course requirement for the PMI PMP certification application. Students will receive the latest edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) from PMI. (New fifth edition!)
