Stress Management for Graduate Students--Muscle Relaxation

Being a Graduate Student can be stressful!
To help alleviate some of that anxiety and tension, the Graduate Student Organization (GSO) and the Psychology Clinic are providing FREE stress managements sessions to all graduate students on Monday, March 26th!

One hour sessions will begin with meditation at 10am, followed by mindfulness at 11am, muscle relaxation at 12pm and end with guided imagery at 1pm. All sessions will be held in the Russell Union, room 2047.

Come to one session or come to all…Just come early as seating is limited.
