SHRM Learning System
This course is offered in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM’s Competency Model covers eight behavioral and leadership competencies, including leadership & navigation, ethical practice, business acumen, relationship management, consultation, critical evaluation, global & cultural effectiveness, communication, and one technical competency on HR Expertise (HR Knowledge), of which recruitment and selection, compensation, talent management, training and development, employee relations and engagement and compliance are covered. This 36-hour review course provides a broad overview of HR management issues and core body of knowledge.
Who is this course for?
HR Practitioners seeking continuing professional development, most of whom are preparing for the new SHRM-Certified Professional and SHRM Senior Certified Professional exam.
The SHRM Learning System for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP includes six modules to prepare participants for the SHRM-Certified Professional and SHRM Senior Certified Professional exams.
Note: This course is open to any adult participant, whether or not the individual plans to take the certification exam.
